June 2010 UK cinema film release schedule...
June is nearly here, which means it's time again for another full UK cinema release date schedule for the UK. Have to admit there seems to be a few key releases, but it's not a huge month in my opinion. July sees the likes of "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse", "Inception", "The A-Team" and "Toy Story 3"; so it's all still to come. Anyway, on with the dates...
WEDNESDAY 2nd JUNE 2010.
4.3.2.1 – 15
The ever-talented Noel Clarke (“Kidulthood”, “Adulthood”) brings us yet another great film – this time a crime thriller about four girls starring Tamsin Egerton and Emma Roberts.
Death At A Funeral – 15
Hollywood remake of the 2007 British film, this time with James Marsden, Zoe Saldana, Martin Lawrence and Chris Rock.
FRIDAY 4th JUNE 2010.
Brothers Bloom – 12A
Rachel Weisz, Adrien Brody and Mark Ruffalo star in this comedy adventure about a couple of con-men, and their last job together.
The Killer Inside Me – 18
Michael Winterbottom directs this crime drama with a cast including Ben Affleck, Kate Hudson and Jessica Alba.
She's Out Of My League – 15
Jay Baruchel and Alice Eve star in this romantic comedy about a guy, seemingly punching above his weight with his new girlfriend.
Shrink – 15
Kevin Spacey plays a celebrity shrink, who after a personal tragedy begins to feel his life take a rapid downward spiral.
MONDAY 7th JUNE 2010.
Rush: Beyond The Lighted Stage – 15
Music Documentary about the Canadian rock band and their musical evolution from the 1970's to present day.
WEDNESDAY 9th JUNE 2010.
Letters To Juliet – PG
Romantic comedy with Amanda Seyfried, Vanessa Redgrave and Christopher Egan; it follows a young girl searching for answers in the world of love.
Brooklyn's Finest – 18
Don Cheadle, Richard Gere, Ethan Hawke and Wesley Snipes star as Brooklyn cops brought together in this action thriller.
FRIDAY 11th JUNE 2010.
Black Death – 15
Chris Smith of "Severance" fame directs this dark horror set in the early days of the bubonic plague in England. A young Monk enlists help to investigate rumours of a village of survivors, possibly brought back from the dead by Satanic forces. (Pushed back from a May 28th release date).
Greenberg – 15
Ben Stiller plays a man who moves from New York to Los Angeles in order to figure his life out. Directed by Noah Baumbach, and also starring Rhys Ifans and Chris Messina.
FRIDAY 18th JUNE 2010.
Killers – 12A
Action comedy with Ashton Kutcher, Katherine Heigl and Tom Selleck.
MacGruber – 15
With a tag-line of “The Ultimate Tool”; ex-special operative MacGruber is back in action to take on archenemy Dieter Von Cunth. With Val Kilmer, Kristen Wiig and Ryan Phillippe.
Our Family Wedding – 12A
Two fathers aim to put an end to their feuding way before the wedding day of their children. Family comedy with Forest Whitaker and America Ferrara. (Pushed back from a May 14th release).
Please Give – 15
Rebecca Hall and Catherine Keener star in this comedy drama.
Wild Target – TBC
With the cream of British talent including Bill Nighy, Emily Blunt, Rupert Everett and Martin Freeman; this film is about a hit-man trying to retire, but lured into continuing by a beautiful thief.

Crime horror about an ex-con who stumbles into another criminal's traps, when he attempts to rob his ex-employer's house.
Get Him To The Greek – 15
Comedy with Russell Brand and Jonah Hill, following Brand's character rock star Aldous Snow from 2008 film “Forgetting Sarah Marshall”.
Good Hair – 12A
Documentary comedy with Chris Rock exploring the wonders of African-American hairdressing.
Whatever Works – 12A
Woody Allen directed romantic comedy, with the fantastic Larry David as Boris – a man who rants off his ideologies to anyone who'll listen.
When In Rome – PG
Kristen Bell is an unlucky-in-love New Yorker who goes to Rome, only to find herself with more romantic interest than she bargained for. Romantic comedy also starring Josh Duhamel and Anjelica Huston.
